Now that I have Windows 7, I can finally have this on my desktop! :D

 

If you ever plan to update the .gadget file for this, I'd suggest editing it so the "hands" (Dash's forelegs) are easier to see. Maybe make them darker or something and perhaps change the position of the flag or make it a little bigger so it sticks out a bit more.

 

All completely up to you, of course.
